During our process, we dig deeper into items such as the topography, soil types, and history of the land.
Optimal parcels for solar have large stretches of clear land with minimal topography.
We can develop solar on parcels with some topography, as long as it is not north-facing. Solar projects must also have a qualified transmission line on one of the parcels.
